CCDRA Agreement

CCDRA Membership Agreement

By Joining CCDRA you agree with the following

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES: $60 per Month without access to agreements.

Member is responsible to pay in full the amount of $60 per Month. All dues will be collected by credit card. CCDRA takes credit card fraud very seriously. If a member back-charges or cancels their credit card, he/she will be responsible for updating the credit card with CCDRA. If payment is not made after a member has signed this contract and received member benefits, the responsible party will owe a debt that will be taken to collections that will include fees and interest.

Member further agrees to open a referral agency, if not already in operation, within 9 months of becoming a member of CCDRA. It is also agreed that Member will inform CCDRA of any changes to the information provided on this agreement, including: ownership, business model,  business name, address(s), phone number(s), email address, contact name, number of agency locations and dissolution.

Members who operate a referral agency that is not a “domestic agency” as defined in subdivision (h) of California Civil Code §1812.501, are admitted to the CCDRA for limited educational and research purposes and not all information provided will apply.  Such Members may include, but are not limited to, graphic design, photography, event planning, moving, youth sports coaching, animal services, and web design.  The lobbying efforts of CCDRA focus on preserving the benefits of Civil Code §1812.5095 and Unemployment Insurance Code §687.2 for domestic referral agencies.

NOTE: CCDRA membership dues are not refundable. CCDRA membership dues may be deductible as professional or business expenses to the extent allowable by law. U.S. law requires businesses to report the lobbying portion of their membership dues as a non-deductible, after-tax expense. CCDRA estimated lobbying portion is 60 % of membership dues.
